We book time and people against every engagement. This policy sets out when a refund applies, and how work is billed if a project is cancelled part-way.

Service-Based Nature
Payments are non-refundable once the project has started. Advance payments allocate resources and time.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered only if the project has not started and a written cancellation request is received.

Project Cancellation
Work completed until cancellation will be billed accordingly.

AstrEdge is not liable for delays caused by lack of client response.
